Hey, I'm curious! I just want to look and compare the different things you would eat on a regular basis.

I will go first!

9/11/2014
Breakfast: Fried egg on 2 pieces of toast with 1 tbsp honey butter, 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese, 1 slice low cal baby Swiss cheese, 1 banana, 1 bottle of water
Mid morning snack: 2 tomatoes
Lunch: 1 cup of rice, 1/2 cup of red kidney beans, 4oz of thin steak, 1 bottle of water
Dinner: Rice porridge, 1/2 cup of milk
Snack: 3 sheets of seaweed (lol)

Noob

breakfast smoothie, 10 dates, 15 strawberries, 3 bananas, with water
lunch, big bowl of salad and another smoothie (20 dates, 5 bananas, and water)
dinner, about 3 cups of corn pasta with dairy free alfredo sauce. which i'll probably add some peas, corn, or mushrooms next time for more veggies.

i think i had 10 tall glasses of water, my glasses hold about 16oz.
