I don't go on Gaia much, but sadly I've gained more weight than I've ever wanted to have.
I used to tell myself years ago if I went over a certain amount of weight that I'd go exercise often and cut back on what I eat (not always healthy).

That never really happened. I freaked out instead and stress from my personal life took over.

I would like to have a weight loss partner who is also trying shed pounds and maybe not so motivated like I am.

I weigh I think, about 155lbs now and I'd love to get down to 120-135lbs.

I am pretty sedentary, which is bad, and I get stressed out really easily.
I do not have a bunch of funds or a job to go out and buy health foods or much equipment.

I feel like I've got a few exercises I can start out doing in small amounts, later increasing.
Squats
Planking
Situps or Crunches


If anyone is interested in doing this with me that'd be great. Always helps to have another person who is trying to do the same thing.
