I gained weight again. :/
I am now in the 140 range. I use to be in the 130 range.
All my size 8 jeans are getting tight. I will admit to eating unhealthy (cupcakes and coffee everyday). I've been using food as comfort since recently I got out of a relationship.

I do not have a short term or long term weight goal. I simply want to get to the 'perfect' weight and keep it that way. I have already been eating around 1200-1400 calories for about two months and no progress. I've also done stretches and squats quite a bit. I am a busy person and can't do wii fitness games, buy tv workouts or any of that stuff.
I gained 10 pounds and have been felling sluggish. crying
so starting today I'm going to start a routine everyday till i feel like i got my grove back.
-no energy drinks, soda
- no more then 1800 calories
-2 hours walking
-1 ab workout
My weight is at 120 finally! I've been doing the jillian michaels' 90 day body revolution along with majority of the meal plan that comes with it. [i cheated a little with unhealthy food but it was usually once a week] I started the program when i weighed 155. I have not finished my last phase yet but I am looking foreward to it! Cheering everyone on!!!
