So I was implanted with the VNS for petit mal seizures back in Feb. Just wondering if anyone else has one, if it works for them, and what they think.
I absolutely hate it! I am actually having more. They say it take up 2 years to see results, but I should see some improvement right away. But I am really not believing it anymore. I feel like a lab rat and i hate it. The doctor actually expects me to be able to use my magnet swipe it across my chest while having a seizure. Hello I am not even here when I have a seizure! Its like you should know what happens when a person has one your the doctor! If I am around someone and they tell me grab your magnet, use your magnet, i have to be told a few times but I can somewhat do it. But I am alone 90% of the time. Makes you wonder why these docs are even here half the time I feel like I'd be better off without one. I just wanted to know if anyone else had one, and what they thought about it and if it was working for them, Thanks biggrin
