i weight 170 LB 5'8 Male 17
I have no muscle mass, all body fat.
How would do i lose weight?


Despite the exaggeration on your muscle mass to fat ratio. It comes to burning more calories than you consume. Exercise adds to that burning more part. You have about 20 lbs or say? I'd add in some kind of weight routine would help too. Either bodyweight, or the stuff at the gym. Bodyweight is easier, though.

Do sit-ups. Start with about 25 at a time and keep increasing the number but 10. Do this about twice a day. It should give you fairly quick results.
