Aged Hunter

Ever since I was a kid I loved martial arts, I have done them for ten years and am pretty advanced now, even my instructors say so. The question now is, how do I find the push to continue? I still love them but have seen what is next, and what is next is just doing more slower advanced workouts as I age...

I want to enjoy hanging out with friends for once, going to movies, playing video games..maybe even studying a little more for school.. -__-
You're gonna have to give yourself a drive to want to work out. My reason? To better myself, I don't want to be a fat slob for the rest of my life. That's my drive for wanting to work out.

Working out also has a lot of long term benefits, such as your own health and ensuring that you don't croak early 3nodding
