So i'm sure people know about the hype that if you drink a tea before you eat a meal you wont eat as much and plus tea is just good for you - esp green tea. I was just wondering if anyone has done this and has it helped with anything weather it is weight loss or energy?
If you drink water or tea before a meal, then it fills your stomach so you won't eat as much. Tea (green especially) has a lot of antioxidants and is good for you. And as long as you get caffeinated tea, then you will also have more energy.
