HOBBIES! hobbies are a great way for you to relax and also practice another skill you have!
some hobbies are drawing(or any form of art you'd like to do), reading, writing, pretty much anything that you can just focus on that and not care about anything else.
personally, art, reading and cooking do that for me.
another way to relax yourself is to just start from head to toe on your body and relax all your muscles, that will help you to relax completely and sleep better, so it's better to do that before you go to bed.
