Okay, so I just got over a weird and unexplained sickness, where I could barely keep anything down. I almost had to be put on an IV. This lasted about 10 days. I weighed myself today I had gone from 248lbs to 235lbs. Now, this is NOT how I want to lose weight, but I have learned portion control from it, I'm not over eating anymore.

But, I have unexplained stomach issues that have been going on for about 3 years now. These weird pains come and go, and seem to flare up when I start exercising. So, from now until I can figure out what it is I am focusing on diet mainly. I will still try be somewhat active, walking and might try some yoga, but I can't do any intense exercises.

If anyone wants to keep up with my journey I will be posting videos on my new Youtube channel which I will be linking here later. I would love any support I can get! Thank you! heart

See a doctor about that pain immediately. Be 100% honest with them about what you are eating and what you are doing when it happens. Not just because exerciser is important but it could be a serious problem. Shortly after I was born I had developed an umbilical hernia. There was some residual pain and discomfort for years after it had been treated.

I have switched between three doctors, in the last three years. They all do the same thing, ultrasound, x-rays, blood test. "Everything seems fine." The end, last I hear from them. I've called them up, saying "Okay, I'm still getting the pains, what can we do to figure it out."
They give me some medicine for nausea, which doesn't work and I've told them that, and say they can't anything else.
I don't think they even believe how much pain I'm in, they won't even refer me to a specialist. If I just go to a specialist my insurance won't cover it/
