Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone is doing PiYo and if so how are you liking the program? I am currently on my 2nd week and I LOVE it! I adore Chalene Johnson and every program she makes I've done (Turbo Jam, Turbo Fire, Chalene Extreme)
I have never heard of PiYo. It looks interesting though, like a medium intensity workout program. That's awesome because the more popular programs are high-intensity and hence have a higher injury rate.

Yes it's lower in intensity but believe me when i tell you it's not easy! It's very hard on the body. While there is no jumping or weight lifting it works every single muscle of the body and believe me you'll fee it.
