I'm ever so curious about the workout program called p90, the new one that just released this year. I saw many YouTubers do it and get great results. Would you find it worth getting? I'm in debate. I think the old strongman adage is, "A bad program you work hard at works better than the best program you half-a**."
If you do P90X, you're not going to look like the guy on the cover, because he does free weights and steroids to look like that, but it will make you much fitter. If P90X is the thing that makes you work hard, then it's totally worth it.
