OCTOBER WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE! NO SWEETS UNTIL HALLOWEEN!
Do 2 sets of 50 EVERYDAY. (1 set in the MORNING when you wake up, and 1 set at NIGHT before you go to bed!)
50 of EACH PER SET; Squats and/or Leg lifts (Thighs & Butt), Crunches and/or Sit Ups (Tummy), Lift weights and/or Push ups (Arms)! Go for a 10-20 minute run too! Keep that heart rate up!
CARDIO~ RUN, JOG, DANCE! Keep your body moving!
EAT; RAW veggies, Lean meat or fish, Whole grains!
DRINK; WATER, Skim milk, TEA
ABSOLUTELY NO JUNK FOOD! SODAS! COFFEE! SUGAR!
