I started dieting (or changing my lifestyle, what have you) 2 days ago. I'm just keeping a journal for now about what I'm eating. I'm very self conscious so a gym maybe isn't for me.. ._. Plus I'm a little broke atm.. but I am just making myself walk more. xD Baby steps I guess
