I am doing the Insanity workout from Beachbody.
Today was my third day, so I did a video called Cardio Power and Resistance.
It only lasts 40 minutes, but it feels like a whole day of pure sweating. There was a lot of jumping, running, moving around, etc. It was completely insane.
I did that at 10am, it is 9:30pm right now and I am still all sore, even though I had my recovery drink. hehehe
I am usually not sore for that long.

To wrap it all up, I am just an insane girl that loves to have fun while working out. emotion_dealwithit

okay, so for the mobile version of Fitocracy i have to round up because i did 2.96 miles of a 5k program on the treadmill. my hand accidentally hit the emergency stop ...

so about 3 miles in 34 minutes really. Not good compared to my prior times. Maybe i'll do better sunday at the race.

At least i managed to fit in 50 reps of 45 and 50 of 55 on the ab crunch machine.

Hey everyone!

Obviously, I am not posting to win a prize - that would be wrong! XD But I will be posting my daily workouts so you all know I am right there with you!

This morning I met with my trainer and we did the following workout:

Warm Up: Various stretches and rowing 500 m.
* Row 1000 m as fast as possible
* Ground to Overhead Lifts (30 reps with 30 lb dumbbell in each hand)
* Run 1/2 a mile
* Farmer Carries (100 pounds (50 lbs each hand) - walked one mile with weights
* Run 1/2 a mile
* Bench presses (8 reps a set at 85 pounds; 5 sets)
* Run 1/2 a mile

Dang, my arms are sore XD

Anyway, glad to see you all being so active! Keep on posting your activities - you never know what might inspire someone else biggrin

Whew, I spent absolutely all day Tuesday writing essays for my classes until 6 a.m. this morning. Took a quick nap until 11, so after I eat I'm planning to go on a 2 mile run. emotion_yatta

That sounds awesome! I've been really curious about doing one of those. Mud Runs are great too. If you're interested in doing an obstacle course, see if there's a Warrior Dash in your area. If not, there are a bunch of different variants from various companies. They're usually 5Ks, with obstacles like climbing a net, crawling through mud, sliding down a pole, etc. thrown in. Most people don't care about their times and just amble through the course. Very, very fun.

Did my sit-up reps, and some arm stretching as I slept on both of them.
I'll be getting more of a work out in later tonight during my graveyard shift.

I think tonight I'll take my work out shorts with me to make it easier to do my sit-ups so my belt loop won't cause pain like it did last time.
