I am oh so sore! Starting a new routine is kicking my butt. Today my shoulders/back are sore, tomorrow will probably be my legs. Tomorrow is my hour of cardio sweatdrop (BRING IT). I weigh myself in the morning as well as taking a front and side picture (forgot to last week). I need to also measure my neck, waist, and hips.
