I try to avoid the salad dressings like Caesar dressing, ranch, etc cause theres just so much sodium and like fats hidden in there that is actually really bad for you.

I usually have a salad with spring mix, Balsamic vinegar dressing (like half good quality olive oil, half balsamic vinegar and salt and pepper to taste) with tomatoes and mozzarella cheese. o u o
