With terribly low calories, lots of fatigue, excessive workouts and you feeling absolutely terrible. That's roughly 13 and 1/3 lbs every month. That will be the first month, if you're lucky, mostly from water weight.

Avoid the idea, consider this process taking a year longer. Minimum.

Is it possible to do this with a strict regime? what would it look like?
Let me start with : Nothing's impossible. If you just believe.

I graduated as a course called Lifestyle Management here in the Philippines.
Basically we are very much in line with fitness, health and exercise the most.

I, myself was able to lose 10lbs in just a month through strict healthy diet and moderate exercise. If you wish to reach that goal, you better start today.

You mentioned your w and h, your obviously in the 'obese' class.
I suggest you start with cutting off food on your daily consumption and with some moderate exercises like brisk walking and cycling. And since your on the 'obeses' class don't push yourself too much because you are obviously in risk of complications such as in the knees.

Then if you feel like you already adopted to your new diet and exercise, increase your exercise with moderate streght trainings and more cardio.

But in the end if you really want it fast. .go see a exercise specialist/trainer/dietician for proper guidance and counseling.

good

i deserve to be punished.

Then I suggest you seek medical attention immediately.
The safe rate to lose weight at is about 2 lbs or 1kg a week. Yes not very much but at that rate the changes that affect your body are more permanent and you are less likely to gain it back. So right now if we were to do things the correct way I would say no it is not possible. I would say that 80 lbs is a 52 to 80 week plan.

I say this because you are likely just trying to take off the last bit of weight you have. However, as our body has less fat, the harder it is to shed that fat. So the first I guess 40 lbs or so would come off at a fairly regular pace. However, the last 40 lbs would come off very slowly as your body tries to hold on to fat for survival purposes... trust me it SUCKS!!!!

That being said I am sure you can find some kind of crash diet that will make your life miserable until next april with the promises of reaching your weight goal or surpassing it. I just do not recommend those kinds of things because they are bad for your body and you will likely gain all the weight right back once you get off of it. So I say hunker down and find a good healthy diet and exercise regiment and set you goals for this time next year or April 2015.

I do not mean to remove your motivation, but it is best to be realistic. Otherwise you run the risk of forming an eating disorder or gaining all the weight back once you have reached your goal.

I believe the OP is already headed down that path, considering the latest post made. At this point, it's best she contacts either a psychiatrist or seek being placed under medical supervision.

Of course, just believe in yourself, don't have others say it's impossible, show them that it's possible, hardwork gives good rewards smile trust me.
