As it says in the title I'm looking for someone to join me in my weight loss-ness. Currently I'm 186lbs, just weighed myself this morning. My weight loss goal is about 50-60lbs and keep it off in a healthy manor.
I'm looking for someone whom can help encourage me to loose weight. Also I would like someone whom can give me tips and what not to help loose the weight. I would love to have someone whom lives an Ayurveda lifestyle. Someone whom maybe willing to try some recipes I come up with, would be nice.
Some info about me: I'm 27 and have three kids. Single but not looking for a relationship. I love Ayurveda approach to life. Learning is my favorite pass time. One day I hope to be a published writer, massage therapist and holistic life coach. Right now I'm working on going to school to get my pre-requisites out of the way.
