Sometimes when walking you can get strained in your muscles or joints. It happens even to those that are used to walking.

As for the dot.. It's hard to say. It can be anything from something as a small bruise, scab, eczema to a pigement difference.

Did you recently dye your hair? Scratch your head really hard? Have a breakout? Shower at the gym or something? Doesn't look like anything I recognize easily. Looks very vaguely like ringworm but if it doesn't itch it's probably not.

If it doesn't go away in a few days, go to your doctor just to be safe.
