Is it to late to start football as a senior?

Hi,i just became a junior and i was already contemplating once again,to do football.I'm not the best in football termenology but i can get around enough to know. I am on the track team,5'11,and 160 pounds. I don't want to regret not doing it. Its always been on my mind since 8th grade to start but i felt uncomfortable that i wouldn't be good. I also really want to start football now to help me later in life,the college i want to go to does not have a track and field team,but they have a football team. What do you think my chances are at getting into varsity football?
