I recommend the Strong Lifts routine for anyone who is struggling to get on the horse. It is a small easy exercise routine that has great results.

You sound like you are at a healthy weight to me. If you really want to get those extra bits of tone and definition you are going to have to hit the weights. Tone is muscle pressing against the skin. Get in there and start lifting.

Next you want to stop focusing on the scale. Weight is one of those deceitful things. Mainly because muscle weighs more than fat. What you really want to do is get a body fat measurement to tell you how in shape you are. This is also useful for when you stop losing weight because you are gaining muscle.

The show "I used to be fat", and also seeing obese people everyday and also society's "sexy" look of all skinny girls. of course they are always to skinny. but 135 is a good weight to maintain. that is what im trying to get back to from having my baby 5 months ago
