You rollerblade. :T Squats. Run up and down stairs for long periods of times. Look it up. Steps on a stepper in the Aerobics videos and such.

If you have weights, do calf raises. If not, use stairs like the poster above me suggested. Make sure you take the steps on your toes.

You can also run with a forefoot strike

With or without weight: Get barefoot, do calf raises slowly and squeeze at the top of the movement. Count 1 2 squeeze, down 1 2. Do a lot of reps, 50 or 100.

Skip rope until really good at it.

Run in minimalist shoes or barefoot with "natural running" form.

Sprint up hills.
