im pretty sure you have GINGAVITUS! go to the dentist. also do your gums bleed when you brush them?

Tip: when brushing your teeth use a soft bristled brush. Your gums need to be brushed to but gently. And alsways brush yout top theeth downwards and your bottom upwards. Never side to side. Flossing helps to.

Buy some Trader Joe's 100% Coconut Oil and get a teaspoon of it, then swish it around for 10-15 minutes. Continue doing that 3 times daily or more for 6 months. You'll see results!

EDIT: This method will save you a lot of money and a trip to see your dentist as well. biggrin
