I have two weeks off and that's more time for me to workout!
So how long will it take to lose at least 10 pounds?
If I go on a run/walk at least twice a day in the morning and at night
(2 miles up and down hills,and stairs. )
And eat clean
Water weight will fluctuate a bit, but I'd say you could lose 10 lbs effortlessly in about 4 months. The usual recommendation is about 500 deficit a day, but I'm of the mind that women should lose weight around 300 a day (depending on height and build). If you wanted to go the 500 deficit route, you'd be there around 2 and a half months, at a lb a week.
