Time-traveling Senshi

          Hey Health & Fitness people we're getting close to another end of the year here. Christmas is a week from this coming Wednesday and the new year a week later. Last year at this time we were all setting our health and fitness goals for 2013. Some of us had specific goals and some of us just wanted to be healthier by year's end. And as we get closer to 2014 it's time to take a look back at our year and see just how well we achieved our health and fitness goals for the year.

          Did you make any health and fitness goals for this year?
          If you did what goals did you set for yourself?
          Did you achieve your goals?
          Do you feel like you did a good job trying to accomplish them?

My goals were to do both a bodybuilding competition and a powerlifting meet. I accomplished both goals. This year I want to do at least 3 more bodybuilding competitions and go to collegiate powerlifting nationals.
