        Is there a diet that really worked for you, or one that didn't?
        Raw meals, vegan as well. I noticed that cooking or meats or dairy made me gain more weights.

        What is your current weight? What is your goal/ideal weight?
        163lbs, Goal is 140lbs.

        What are you doing to lose weight/maintain your current weight?
        Eat more greens and exercise an half to an hour everyday, using Wii Workout Games to bust in sweat.

        Is there a specific reason why you want/need to loose weight?
        To be health and in good shape.

        What tips do you have for other users who want to lose weight?
        Treat yourself once a month that you lost at least 2lbs or more.
        Dont check weight every day or week, once a month is best idea- to avoid get upset if theres few pounds gains. It is very normal for weight gain a bit, but you can tell big differences if you check once monthly.

        You're talking about "healthy weight loss support" and then discussing fad diets as if they are healthy weight loss methods...?!?!?!
        Everyone is different. It may work for one person so who is to say that's wrong?


        The "weight loss: side may work, but the "healthy" sure doesn't for most of them, regardless of who you are.
        Not true at all. :3 I have a friend that has to stay below 20 carbs or she can have health problems. I have another friend that has to eat over 4k calories or she will have health problems. What's healthy to one is certainly not to another. Heck, one of my other friends was just put on a 500 calorie diet because if she eats any more then that, she can have issues.

        Atkins Diet
        Starting weight: 195
        Current weight: 188
        Goal: 140

        Breakfast: Jasmine tea and Atkins chocolate mousse bar
        Snack: H2O, carrots, ranch dip
        Lunch: Steak and steamed veggies, H20
        Snack: Cucumber and ranch dip
        Dinner: Chicken paramasan (no breading or pasta), zucchini, onion, H20

          I sat and watched everyone of the videos on your playlist, and they are flat out adorable! I tried dancing a little yesterday, but I felt flat out ridiculous. xd
          I'm going to try again tonight.

                I almost feel that some of the girls are a bit too skinny/tiny, and I don't think I would enjoy being that small... I have a rather well endowed in the upper region and would hate to lose all that! LOL.

                I'm also going for a run when I get off work today.

                  That's awesome!
                  For me its what my weight in high school was (5/6 years ago) and what the BMI chart claims is a healthy weight for my age and height.

                        I'm not sure what my BMI weight goal thingy is. I'm heading for 150 first, then my ultima goal is 140. c: And yea totally - I have an awesome bum and a small chest. XD I'm hoping to tone up my bum, I kinda wanna keep it above average. Hehe. xd

                    My old coworker got her bum/legs toned with a pair of Shape-Ups. She didn't go out of her way to exercise, just wore them to work/out everyday instead of slip-on/gym shoes.
                    I have a small tip/advice for those that are losing weight as a new years resolution, don't think of your goal as losing weight. Think of your goal as being healthy. Eating healthy and being healthy will help you lose weight easy. But it'll be hard to change a lifestyle just to lose weight, if you change your lifestyle to have a healthy change. It gives you more energy to burn and boosts your immune system. =3
                    Oh! And I have an addiction to candles, instead of going to a comfort food I go to a comfort candle, it smells a lot better in my opinion. =3
