My water consumption has been tragic for the past few weeks. I am forcing myself to drink a liter of water at work today. If I finish it I am renting a movie from the red box across the street. 3nodding

I don't understand how the "8 cups of water a day" came about.
It sort of contradicts the "don't consume liquids during/an hour after/minutes before" eating food.

What my doctor told me is that it's different for everyone. Some people can't drink anything an hour before and after eating (Like myself) but that doesn't mean that I need water! There's a certain amount you're supposed drink according to your weight I think!

I can drink a bottled water in one sitting, but sometimes I go half. I think that covers two cups at least, anything else I get from fruits or other foods.

Breakfast: cup 1/2 of oatmeal with 2tsp milk, 1/2 bananas and tsp honey
snack: cup 1/2 of grapes
Lunch: lemon poppyseed muffin with a little butter, flavored vitamin water bottle, serving of pasta salad with tsp lite mayo
Dinner: Tomato/lettuce sandwich / mayo, strawberry/cereal yougurt, serving of shell macaroni
Snack: Honey on toast

Physcal Activity: 40 mins of zumba
Day: 52
Starting Weight: 267
Current Weight: 247 (it won't budge...or maybe I'm still recovering from my mother's day mishap!)
Goal Weight: 150

Breakfast: banana
Snack: Krave cereal
Lunch: caesar salad
Dinner: lean cuisine mini pizza

Physical Activity: 60mins P90X Core Synergistics

Day: 17
Breakfast: Banana, Honey, Yogurt, Jelly, Milk, Newton
Snack: Special K cereal
Lunch: Grain Pancakes mixed with oatmeal, prunes, yogurt, and honey. Topped with syrup and banana slices. I didn't have any milk lol, so I assumed yogurt was the next best replacement.
Dinner: Chicken noodle soup mixed with green beans, tomato, onions, spinach. Some toast.
Snack: Ice cream... cause it was there

Physical Activity: Nothing =_= still so round

And! I biked 11.75km yesterday in 1:15, and today I'm aiming for 12km in 1:00~
