It's a support and hangout thread.

What's the purpose, you ask?
Why, to support those who frequent this forum and track our own personal progress and give each other diet and exercise advice where relevant.
To cheer others on.
To be a place for people to congregate and feel like a community.

Well I think I've finally gotten past my platue, this morning I was at 211
tomorrow will mark week 5 and I've lost close to 20 pounds since I've started.

If I can actually stick with my plan I think I'll do well. I go by week by week and last week sucked. I'm working on motivating myself to get my a** out to the gym. Or the park. I may do the park later when it's warmer..

I have done zombies run twice, never completing the first mission. I am a bit embarrassed sweatdrop

I'm on mission three but I've not been running. I've been walking at a decent pace, then a faster pace or a light jog when they tell me to run. And after a bit, I'll drop back down to my original pace. On their website they suggested walking, using an elliptical or even biking (though I don't know how well that'd log) while using the app.

I personally don't think you should be embarrassed but then again, I can't run for sustained amounts. I should work on that before I have to due to zombies. >_>
