k, so i love hot peppers. i put them in everything.

but when I cut them up, my hands burn for hours.
like, i cut up scotch bonnet peppers 24 hours ago and my fingers still burn.

i've tried using latex gloves, but it makes it too difficult to cut.

how can i enjoy scotch bonnet peppers without my hands burning for a week?
You should buy a food chopper. My mum uses it for seasoning and chopping up scotch bonnet and habanero peppers.
