So i have had massive period cramps. Is there any way to calm them down?

Have you tried using a heating pad? As much as you probably don't want to, exercise or just moving around can help. Sometimes, getting in just the right position can ease the pain.

I had extremely terrible menstrual cramps for the longest time, and they got worse as I aged.
Essentially I was in so much pain even Oxycodone wouldn't do me any good.

The only way I am able to avoid that pain is by being on hormonal birth control pills.
Now I have normal and relatively pain-free periods, and I don't even have any symptoms of the pill.
