Hey everyone or anyone if anyone views this...wonder if people even go on this section of the forums.Hm. Welp. I decided to make a progress forum more about myself specifically. I'm not overweight or anything...in fact I'm sort of in shape however not as in shape as I once was. Been slacking man! But whateves.

My goal...my goal is too be extremely fit around summer time. Mostly to have a six pack again around July. emotion_dowant

When July 7/1/13 comes around I'll post a picture(s) of my progress and the end result of my body. Hhn. I guess I'll also post what my workouts are on here for anyone that becomes interested, along with my diet of what I eat every single day to the last detail so don't be surprised if this forums is all my spam.

You can leave motivational comments. Or hell leave comments about how delicious brownies and cupcakes are to try to break me. I don't mind haha.

Day # 1

Started the day off with two of these and a banana + simply orange juice

Also ate this cali jack turkey sammich for lunch.



No exercise...

Good start, your breakfast was around 400-450 calories I assume and your lunch was at 650.

(Bananas have aprox. 90 calories)

Bananas also help keep you full which is good! I was planning on starting the same thing in February but I guess I could start now. I'll use this thread for my fitness spam as well.

Workout:
Some basic stretching
3 sets 10 reps at 10lbs of:
bicep curls
Overhead press
Tricep extensions
40 sit ups
50 lower body crunches (IDK what they are called)
20 Flutter Kicks
20 Scissor Kicks
20 Suitcase crunches

This is a light work out day for me.

Haven't eaten yet, drank some black coffee, which has zero calories.

You can be my workout buddie on here, lmao.
Oh the type of exercises I do are hard body conditioning ones I forget the exact terms for them, but I hardly use weights... Yeah I do sets but I don't count reps its basically max rep every time in the span of a minute then switch to another exercise that still works out the same area. If that makes sense.

By the way its good to eat right after you work out to get a maximum benefit.

I'll have to try your type of exercising.

I'll tell you the specific exercises. Theres also cross training exercises like basketball jumps then going to football wide stances in the workouts.... Its rough haha

Yes I'm female. I mix it up between 3, 5, and 10lb weights. Depending on what I'm doing, the 3lb ones I use for my yoga stuff.

For the rest of food today:

I had a dried apricot and Turkish fig.
Hummus with pita and raw veggies.
A "breakfast cookie\"

Aaaand also I had toast with honey and cinnamon with breakfast, I forgot to put that down previously.

As for pics, I gotta figure out how to load them onto here first!!

That was my final work out of the day. I added fifteen extra squats instead of the jump thing at the end because I don't have a box and the stairs where I am currently seem like i'd bust my face on them if I tried to do jumps on them.

3 times thru the whole thing, the exercises with weights I did with a 10lb weight.

Day # 2

Morning: Just one of these. Was late for school lololol.

Lunch: Ate this dry salad from subway; double chicken salad from subway with lettuce,spinach,3 tomatoes, cucumbers, apples.

After workout: Protein milkshake. Will link which kind later.
