My stepdad drinks a lot of alcohol and smokes a lot of cigarettes and yet manages to stay healthy without any problems from his liver and from lungs.

Every day of his drinking routine are always like this.

In the mornings: Green Tea
In the afternoon 'till noon: Alcoholic Drinks

For his eating routine?
Morning until 4 p.m: NONE
7 p.m: Dinner

I really am wondering why he still manages to stay fit ( what I mean, stay healthy ).

Right now, he stopped drinking Tea and started to drink Instant Coffee.
He is 58 right now and he have some breathing issues, because whenever I hear him eating I can hear through his mouth, breathing and eating at the same time, even when inhaling and exhaling you can detect that it comes from his mouth, not from his nose. Even though his nose is still fine.
When he drinks too much on one day, he said that he felt a little pain somewhere below to his chest level.

Do you think he can reach above 70+ for his daily routine? I am worried and I want him to change his routine as soon as possible. neutral
