But, like.. whenever I yawn, or even open my mouth, the left side of my jaw hurts very, very badly. Like, not where my ear is, but sort of in my cheek.
My friend said it was because my cheekbones are moving up, but I don't think that's physically possible.
Is it my wisdom teeth, or something? }

it may honestly just be that your jaw become unhinged and needs to be popped back in.

usually the way i fix this is, i mess around with locking and unlocking my jaw.
this can be dangerous for someone who isn't used to this though.
so i don't recommend it on your own.

i suggest getting medical attention.
if it was your wisdom teeth, your gums and teeth would be pushing upwards, not down.
