It's actually sort of a tough question, since I don't eat or drink anything that isn't of high nutritional quality. So solids, liquids, and everything in between are nutritious, in my diet.

I can understand some people are like that.
80% of my awake day, do I have some sort of liquid near-by me; a coffee, cup of tea, coconut water, smoothie, and sparkling water are most common.

I'll have to see if i can get that. I love coconut in foods so i bet i would like that water.

As a warning, it is not clear like the usual water we drink. It's supposed to be slightly milky.

I mostly eat solid foods, like a small meal throughout the day. Of course, I carry around a water bottle so I can stay hydrated.
I've never thought about it like that but that's interesting lol
you can only absorb so much water in an hour like 1 liter tbh so any excess water would just be expelled
I do eat more solid foods than I drink probably
I drink a lot of fruit smoothies; most of them are from Naked Fruit Juice Smoothies. Living in an apartment on-campus for college sort of makes it difficult for me to get my required amount of protein. Somewhat bad, I guess.
