This is a huge reason why I always failed to work out.

Every time I walk, run, cycle or do anything active that causes friction on my inner thighs, I starts to get these bumps. These bumps irritate me and swell up and become like a zit. Then they pop and bleed and puss comes out. But this occurs every time.

I'm going to start up the gym once i get back to school. Any advice or tings I can do to reduce it?

Wear something tighter around the thighs so they don't rub against each other. Baby powder or some starch might help as well.
That sounds like you're wearing shorts, try out crop workout pants. They're tight and your skin wont rub
