Breast Swelling

Ok, so why is it that when I sleep with my bra on I wake up feeling like my breast are swollen? I know this is weird but every time I sleep with my bra on I wake up with my breast feeling swollen and sore. Has anybody else had this before?

Maybe it's the wrong size? Or the type of bra you're wearing?

Just some water retention most likely. When I wake up, my face is a bit swollen, my legs and ankles are, as well as my breasts. It's even worse when I'm ovulating. Lol.

It could be from the heat that is inside of your bra. Since you are sleeping for several hours, it can become hot inside of a closed area, and that could possibly be why you are getting breast swelling.

When i became pregnant with my daughter my breasts were really sensitive also are you wearing a wired bra to bed they are really uncomfortable in bed go no wired.personally its more comfortable to be nude
