wow! amazing progress! you're starting to look like a badass XD so jealous of your muscle. T.T i've never been fat, but i've always been on the curvy side. i think i've only seen a bit of muscle in my arms back when i was in color guard. i think i'm too fluffy to see any real muscle. DX but i want to try and get fit again.

Seeing progress is so addicting. I just want to get bigger and bigger. xD
I try to eat healthy. It doesn't always happen, as I work, go to school, and my bf eats every unhealthy food known to mankind, but some effort is better than none. xP
I workout 3-4 times a week, for an hour each time. I alternate upper/lower body days to give my muscles some time to rebuild. As far as specific exercises, I actually posted one earlier! : D
I use dumbbells for almost everything. I use maybe a few machines.
I usually do 3-4 sets of each exercise, 8 reps each.
The weight should be heavy enough that you can hit 6 reps, but not more than 10.
My main exercises--
Main Upper body exercises:
- Variations of dumbbell presses
- Bent over rows
- Skull crushers
- Lat raises
Main Lower Body:
- Crap ton of lunges
- Back Squats
- Bulgarian split squats
Then I do other exercises or use a machine or two to take up time.
