I don't have a meal/nutrition routine though. I just eat and track my macros. That's about it. : ) I eat whatever is available to me.

I had a meet & great with the new Powerlifting/Bodybuilding Org founders at VCU the other day, and we did stiff legged deadlifts. UGH. Not something you want to do with scoliosis apparently. The weight wasn't heavy, but it took me 3-4 days to recover. D: I couldn't even bench properly.

Hehe, gotta get to quadzilla status! You go! : D
