I literally blindfolded myself. I had my music but i didnt really listen to it because i was talking to a friend in the chair next to me. I started shivering and the tube kept vibrating and it tickled. I almost couldnt stop laughing. It was weird to see my blood flowing though a tube...

Tell the tech you're afraid of needles. And do NOT watch as they stick it in your arm. Be sure to eat and drink before you give blood then eat afterwards. Do not go in dehydrated. And remember to breathe.
