No way of knowing unless you take a pregnancy test - buy a kit from your local pharmacy. And be sure to repeat the test after a few days to see if you get the same result.
EDIT: If you still have your cramps, abnormal sleeping patterns and emotional changes or even any further anxiety over pregnancy I'd recommend booking an appointment with your family doctor (GP.)
Although, whether you can book an appointment without parental consent depends on where you live.
In the UK, you could book an appointment and have it kept entirely between yourself and your doctor - who will only break confidence in exceptional circumstances, such as if you were a direct threat to public safety. Whether you would get any treatment without consent is another matter; it depends on what the treatment is and how confident the doctor is that you have correctly understood what the circumstances are and have made a well informed decision.

thanks, and like dont you have to be a certain age to buy the test? Or does it not matter?
Once again it all depends on the laws of the country you live in, but for most places, you can buy one at any age, no questions asked. Furthermore, you could always say it's for your mum and you certainly have no obligation to discuss your personal life with a cashier.
But once again, I really would recommend that you go see your family doctor. What you are describing may not necessarily be the symptoms of early pregnancy. If it turns out that you are pregnant, a doctor can provide you with the relevant information and support that you will need, or will refer you to another healthcare professional who can.
