So today is my abs and cardio day. gaia_diamond

I try to cut the workout in half doing 150 before then 150 after. Not including time based Planks and what not. <3

Most of the time I like doing it all afterwards because of the burn. Although a lot of people prefer to do them before because you have more energy.

What do you prefer? (:

I tend to do cardio, stretch a bit, then do weights, abs, everything else.
    I like to do them before just because cardio gives me more of a push rather than tires me out. Plus, it helps to warm up your whole body. 3nodding

it depends how i'm feeling that day, like what i want to spend more energy on. if i want to spend more energy on abs, i do that first then cardio after.

I tended to do my stretches and then started out with cardio first. It makes everything flow in a light workout and opens everything up for a pump and circulation during my routine. sweatdrop
