So I noticed this thing with whatever extended, strenuous ab workouts that I do, be them crunches, machines, situps, plank... I get an erection the harder and longer my abs work. Does this happen to anyone else? Anyone have an explanation?

I've heard of this a few times, for some people it is normal.
The blood flowing and testosterone add up to an erection while you're working out.
Completely harmless.
