Not sure what that means. So no.

Day 7: Are there specific times of day that you have trouble avoiding a binge? How are you working around that now? (Congrats on making it one week!!)
At anytime really, but sometimes when I come home after school and when I at my dad's house on the weekends.

Day 10: A picture of a time in your life you remembering being really happy. How much does binging affect your mood?
I can't recall a time when I was even mildly happy. binging makes me feel happy BUT also very guilty, & then I start to feel like a chubalub when im done with all the eating.

I binge out of boredom. I have nothing better to do and food not only taste good, but it causes pleasure in the brain. pleasure is a cure for boredom.

A binge (for me, anyway) is anything that includes sugar. So it's not just the quantity, it's what's in the food.

I don't fool myself about it anymore.

I think I used to binge to keep my emotions at a distance. Not that it ever worked really well. Now I deal with the feelings, and I don't have the compulsion to binge as long as I do that.

drinking water isn't an issue with me. I take a bottle to school with me and always finish it, and I drink some before bed through out the late hours of the night. emotion_sweatdrop

This seems like a fun way to motivate myself, so thanks for creating this topic. Anyways, I feel like I've been eating out of bordem recently and I really want to kick that habit before summer, since I'll be working as a lifeguard and I want to look good in the uniform.
... I eat Popeyes every day, there is no such thing as a binge IIFYM.
