Day Two heart



n_n Hi everyone! Thought I'd drop by & give better details about the day.

I net a total of 1855 calories today. Kinda high, but still within reason. Still came out under, which was better than what happened yesterday!

My lowest point of the day was breakfast. I totally ate too much, & the buttered bread made me bloated. That's my biggest goal for the next couple of weeks--finding the right foods that will fill me up without me feeling bloated. Ack.

Anyhoos, to burn calories today I ended up using my Xbox Kinect & doing Dance Central 3. heart A fun 30 minutes! I finished it with 10 minutes of strength training. Burned a total of 287 calories overall.

For dinner I made one of my favorite recipes, meatballs. I usually use ground turkey, but I only had ground chicken on hand--which is just as well, it made the balls leaner. Here's the recipe I use here if you wanna try them for yourself! Personally I love the turkey much better, but chicken is still yummy.

So today was okay. I would like to focus on getting my protein up, & my sodium down. c:

My name is Shae, I'm Female, 5'5" 146lbs. (35 days ago I was 160!!) My current goal is 130, but I would love even more to be 125. I am on a 1300 cal/day diet & I try to exercise as often as possible! (I LOVE ZUMBA!) I'm also working on c25k, when I can get the motivation to hop onto a treadmill that is~

day 3. today i...
netted a total of 1,173 calories.
a little bit under my daily goal, but i ate so much today that i don't know that i can eat any more. haha.
i had some homemade lasagna my mom made for me. mmmm
some blueberries for breakfast
more ramen for lunch i know, i know...i just can't help it!
and baby carrots and more blueberries throughout the day.
did some exercising today at home before i went to work.
back is killling me so i can't go to the gym today
(sciatic nerve pinched in my back and it's really been acting up)
and i took some pain pills so i won't be going to the gym tonight
these things make me all weird feeling but god do they help

anyway, good luck, everyone!

Day 1

Food :
Flavored oatmeal
Pasta with alfredo and cheese
Tilapia with spinach and teriyaki sauce
Milk protein shake
2 hard boiled eggs
2 hot dogs in big buns
A fuji apple with honey Greek yogurt and cinnamon

I ate badly today. Booooooo. Going to try again tomorrow! But I did hit a caloric surplus, so muscle/fat gain here I come~!

Had upper body day today with a teeny tiny bit of leg and abs. Did pretty well! I got a bit of arm pump, so I'm happy~
I felt pretty good afterwards. : )

I've been working on a cosplay for a con this week, as well as working, doing art projects, reading for class, sleeping poorly, and trying to keep up with my workouts,, building my fitness site, and writing workout/nutrition programs. Ugh, so drained. Dx

My goal atm is to sleep earlier and do more meal prepping.

Day 1
I netted 1268 calories, woooo
I had a pretty nice breakfast, honey bunches of oats energy mix with almonds & granola clusters with almond milk... mmmmm almond milk.

Unfortunately I ate quite terribly for lunch, chick fil a is my eternal weakness. I'll do my best to break that soon.

For dinner I ate sausage raviolis oooooo my gosh. So tasty.

I did 25 minutes of zumba & burned 317 calories. Heck yeah!!

Today I plan on eating much better 3nodding

day four. today i...
today wasn't my best day.
for breakfast i had belveta cinnamon biscuits and a banana
for lunch i had wheat thins with peanut butter
for dinner i had some ramen i really love ramen
and i really can't help it
i think i'm addicted><

for snacks i had some nuts
and two girl scout cookies (tagalongs)

i totaled 1,435 calories
and since i missed yesterday because of my back
i'll be going to the gym tonight to burn some fat!

speaking of which, does anyone know some exercises that aren't to hard on your back?
i'm kind of getting tired of running
and my feet are starting to hurt from it really bad :c
but i realllly don't want to stop exercising because i really want to lose weight

i totally feel you on the chick fil a xD
we just got one last year
and it's so freaking good

try taking your lunch wherever you go
or making it at home if you stay at home
i find that if i set it out the night before
and i pack it all up in my lunch box
i don't end up going out for lunch at all
just pack something relatively healthy and low on calories
but that will fill you up
ramen happens to be my weakness and addiction
so i dont know if i can stop eating it! D;

also, i've never tried zumba
is it any good? =o
