Dude, the books are waaaaaaaaaaaay better. like, times 1000. The movies are missing that charm that really makes it harry potter. not to mention all the detail. But i still can't stop myself from going to see the movies. i guess i just need some HP in my life smile

HEY!!!!!!! Im the biggest fan of Harry Potter eva! ~X3~ Hermione is the best...anywayz, in my opinion the Chamber of Secrets is the best, the movie preferably cuz it has loads of suspense and it shows u the actual things happening! <.< X3 >.> AWESUM!!!!!!!

Pah! I wouldn't watch the movies at all, if it wasn't for Severus Snape. The short moments in which he graces to film are utterly brilliant. He steals the limelight.

The books are soo rich in detail, most of which is left out. I'm incrediably peeved that Kreacher and Peeves never made it into the films. ;-;

But if you've never read the books you have nothing to compare the movies to... It's not a fair voting if you haven't tried both... All you state is that you don't like to read.

I just wanted to ask that what is better, from Harry Potter movies (or) Harry Potter book?

Basically they both are based on the same story... But a lots of scenes are cut in the movies, and thats why I like J.K.Rowling's original books... What do you guys think??

i would go with the books cuz they r more detailed!
the movies...not really cuz they hav cut alot of scenes out of it,even though i watched them like a hundred times each!
