The saddest death in the series.

The ones that made me have the book down to finish crying before I continue were Cedric, Dobby, Lupin and Tonks, and mostly Fred. crying crying crying crying

the saddest death in the harry potter series was in the 7th book wen dobby the house elf dies. he risked his life to save harry, ron, hermione, luna, dean, olivander and griphook. he was pierced in the chest by bellatrix lestrange's knife. the last words he said were "harry potter" and harry kept saying "dobb... dobby" but he knew the house elf had gone where he could not call him back....

I want to go with Fred, Sirius, or Remus (hello favorite characters!), but I have to say that Sev's was the saddest.
I mean, ********.
How did you not bawl at that?
Severus died for a kid that caused him some serious emotional pain every time he saw him.

I have to say Dobby. I think J.K. Rowling wrote that death the best. But I couldn't believe when Fred, Tonks, Lupin, and Snape died.

For me it was probably Sirius, seeing as he was one of my favourite characters.
But Tonks and Lupin made me really sad too 'cause they'd just gone and had their baby sad

Sirius was the saddest and so was dumbledores but think about it he would have died a painful death if snape hadnt killed him (he was supposed to i think)

They were all sad, I seriously cried over every loss.

The saddest ones though, were Dumbledore, Sirius, Hedwig, Dobby, Fred, and Lupin.

When I was reading it and realized that Fred had died, I was in shock.
Like: "No, that couldn't have happened... Fred and George are twins! It's not the same with only one of them!"
Indeed very sad.. along with Sirius and Snape's deaths as well.

The only one that made me cry was dobby's death. I don't even know why I didn't really like him! It was probably because it was the night the 7th book came out at 4am in the morning and I was really tired. Cause I fell asleep right after reading that part.

The only one I cried for was Dumbledore's because I stayed up until 4 in the morning reading it and I was sleep deprived.
