The saddest death in the series.

The saddest for me I think was Dumbledore's.
He'd always been one of my favorites.
And Fred, too ):
I cried really hard when Fred died.
When Snape died I think I cried the hardest, though.

I'd say Snape... but he didn't really die. All the evidence points to him having survived. (Harry didn't even take his pulse! And no one found his body! And his portrait isn't in the office! And he can put a stopper in death. 'Nuff said.) So I'd say Dumbledore.

Easy. He knew Lord V had a snake. He probably figured there was going to be an attack on his life. He can put a stopper in death and knows a lot about antidotes. It is likely that he would be able to save his own life.
