What was the saddest death in the Harry Potter books, in your mind. I take all opinions and reject none, as I think all the deaths are sad. Some of the deaths are pointless, anyways, like Hedwig and Dobby!

I think that the saddest death in the series was Dumbledore who died
in the Half Blooded Prince.

Probably the part where Harry realizes he has to die and walks through the forest with his parents, Sirius and Lupin.

I guess that's not really a death, though. sweatdrop

Dumbledore's and Fred's and Hedwig's and Tonk & Lupin's and Dobby's and Sirius's...
all of them crying

Fred. sad Everyone's death was just blown off in the last book besides Dobby. He was cute but I really don't think he deserved an entire chapter just dedicated to his death.

Bella And Snape To Me Were The Saddest. Although It Sucked When Poor Freddie Died. I Honestly Hated Dumbledork.

Yeah what was with hedwig and dobby dying?!

I think Snape, Remus, and Sirius' deaths were the saddest.

Siruis-that battle was epic
Harrys- his death was a very cool even though he comes back
Dobby- just why did he die for
Dumbledore- even though it was a mercy killing
Snape- if u read DH iys self explanitory
Mad Eye
Fred- twins were classic n the shooting of the ear lol
Voldermort- Hell, he didnt need to die in the Great Hall
Lupin-he just had a baby
Lily and James Potter crying

So baby dont worry
You are my only
You wont be lonely
Even if the sky is falling down
Youll be my only
No need to worry

Baby are you down down down down down

To be honest, I don't think Hedwig's death was sad or even important...and I am an animal lover. However, I did think Tonks and Lupin's deaths were sad and both made me a little teary eyed, but so did Fred's.

sirius black - hes the only familly harry has besides the dursleys.. the majority says that dobbys death is the saddest - NO.
