thats what i heard too... it may not be fully open yet. it may be like this is a soft opening, so the can get the kinks out and finish some parts.

My name is Emily, and don't mind at all if you call me that.
2. Are you in Ravenclaw and what makes you think so?
I think I would be in Ravenclaw because of my creative mind, and will to learn.
3. Which of the Harry Potter books is your favorite?
The Half-Blood Prince was my favorite (closely followed by Deathly Hallows) because the whole book was written as a mystery, and we get to learn more of Voldemort and his past, and even almost understand his reasoning. I like Deathly Hallows too because it keeps you thinking until the very end, where everything magically comes together.
4. Do you have a favorite location featured in the series?
Yes. I did love the way the Ravenclaw common room was described, but we spent so little time in there I didn't have time to really grow close with it. My favorite location is actually the Great Hall, as that is where it all technically began, and ended.
5. What form would your boggart and/or patronus take?
Boggart: a giant multi-legged bug.
Patronus: I'd have to say a polar bear, as I always tend to favor bears over other animals, and I've been told I'm a lot like them, as i also like to blend in with my sorroundings (well, I don't know if they like to, but they do) and I like the cold weather.
6. Is there a magical creature from HP you’re very fond of?
Dobby and Kreacher (RIP Dobby!) definitely.
7. What is your opinion on the Harry Potter theme park being built?
Oh I want to go there so bad xD.

i get good grades and am told i am smart by most people when asked.yes, i am in ravenclaw
