Welcome to Ravenclaw House!

We're creative and clever; witty and wise. Our mascot is the eagle, representing our alert-, quick-witted-, and ingeniousness. Our colours are blue and bronze, symbolizing truthfulness and a down-to-earth nature. Our house ghost is The Grey Lady, a highly intellectual young lady. Our founder is Rowena Ravenclaw, the wisest and fairest of the four.

1. What is your name and what would you prefer to be called by? Jessica, but you can call me Jess! 8D
2. Are you in Ravenclaw and what makes you think so? Yes, I believe I am. I don't study like crazy but I get good grades and I read constantly. I like riddles and things of that nature...plus every Sorting quiz I've ever taken has put my in Ravenclaw. sweatdrop
3. Which of the Harry Potter books is your favorite? Prisoner of Azkaban.
4. Do you have a favorite location featured in the series? Hmm...I don't think so. Maybe the Department of Mysteries? But I think the whole HP world in itself is very, very spectacular.
5. What form would your boggart and/or patronus take? My boggart would probably be the same as Ron's, a spider. I'm not really sure what my patronus would be. Maybe a dog or something plain like that. I would really hope I'd never have to find out my patronus, lol.
6. Is there a magical creature from HP you’re very fond of? Thestrals! I think they're fascinating and I wish they had a passage in Fantastic Beasts.
7. What is your opinion on the Harry Potter theme park being built? I am incredibly excited. I think it has the potential to be super awesome or suck really hard, but I'm still excited and I do plan on going.

2. Are you in Ravenclaw and what makes you think so? Yeah. I'm constantly reading and I love to learn new things as well. Plus, I'm most attracted to the house of Ravenclaw over every other house. x]
3. Which of the Harry Potter books is your favorite? Either Chamber of Secrets or Deathly Hallows.
4. Do you have a favorite location featured in the series? Godric's Hollow or Grimmauld Place.
5. What form would your boggart and/or patronus take? The boggart would probably take shape of a snake. My patronus would likely be a red panda.

Do thestrals really not have a passage in Fantastic Beasts? Is it because it was published before OotP?

They don't. =( I guess it could be that, but knowing JKR, she totally had Thestrals planned out before she wrote OOTP (the horseless carriages that bring the students to Hogwarts were revealed to actually be pulled by Thestrals, yeah?) so I figure Newt Scamander, the "author" of Fantastic Beasts couldn't see them and thus, didn't put them in his book.

1. What is your name and what would you prefer to be called by?
My name is Lily but I prefer to be known as Artemis.
2. Are you in Ravenclaw and what makes you think so?
I am most certainly in Ravenclaw, due to the fact that I love reading and am almost always found with either a book or on fanfiction.net. I also tend to spew facts that others my age deem completely useless but are in fact quite interesting.
3. Which of the Harry Potter books is your favorite?
I would have to say that out of the first six books my favorite would have to be the fourth, due to the lack of Ronald in the first third.
4. Do you have a favorite location featured in the series?
My favorite location would have to be Hogwarts because of its large library and magical atmosphere.
5. What form would your boggart and/or patronus take?
My boggart would probably be a bonfire being fueled by books. My patronus would likely take the form of an owl.
6. Is there a magical creature from HP you’re very fond of?
I am fond of the pheonix and threshals found in the books.
7. What is your opinion on the Harry Potter theme park being built?
I would enjoy going there once it opens to see what they do with the concept.

Earry, Chlerys, TUCCO, Helen, Heleen, whatever. There is to be no Earwax or anything cute-related. You may also refer to me as the uber charmingly cool one or the Lady who rules all.

2. Are you in Ravenclaw and what makes you think so?
Because the TSHG has sorted me there trice. And, okay, those (mostly) see-through tests on the net usually put me in Gryffindor Ravenclaw is always my second option. I see myself more as a Slytherclaw then a Gryffinclaw, though. And I'm absolutely NOT a Hufflepuf.

3. Which of the Harry Potter books is your favorite?
I don't really have one, but if I have to choose I'd pick Half Blood prince or Order of the Phoenix, but I'd prefer HBP. You learn all about Voldy and Snape and Dumbledore, etc. Who are my three favorite characters (together with Lucius Malfoy)

4. Do you have a favorite location featured in the series?
... Hogwarts?

5. What form would your boggart and/or patronus take?
My boggart would be a big, big spider and I don't really know about my patronus. The TSHG said it'd either be a whooping crane or a clouded leopard, I don't remember what exactly their traits where, though.

6. Is there a magical creature from HP you’re very fond of?
Thestrals were nice, sad, misunderstood creatures. I always take a liking to the underdog. I liked- I can't type the name. I read PoA in Dutch so I don't really know the spelling in English. Anyways, whatever kind Buckbeak was, I liked them too. But the idea of pet owls is very nice too.

7. What is your opinion on the Harry Potter theme park being built?
It's on the other side of the world, I don't particularly care. Doubt I'd go even if I had the chance. There are other, nicer things to see in America besides a themepark, even if it's a Harry Potter one.
